Introduction & Scope

Welcome to Dihfyhvhb, operated by Hongkong Marine Instrument Co., Limited. This Purchasing Agreement sets out the terms applicable to purchases made through our online store, including order acceptance, payment, product information, fulfillment, and delivery.

By placing an order, you agree to these purchasing terms together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. Please review these policies before completing your purchase.

1. Purchaser Eligibility

By placing an order with Dihfyhvhb, you confirm that:

2. Privacy & Payment Processing

  • Information necessary to process and deliver your order may be shared with payment providers, fulfillment partners, and shipping carriers.

  • Please do not send full payment card numbers, card security codes, or account passwords to our customer support team.

3. Order Submission, Acceptance & Cancellation

Submitting an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected products. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order and does not, by itself, confirm acceptance or dispatch. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, acceptance occurs when we send your shipping confirmation.

Dihfyhvhb may decline or cancel an order before shipment for reasonable reasons, including:

  • Unavailable inventory or stock discrepancies.
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity.
  • Material pricing, description, or technical errors.
  • Incomplete or inaccurate delivery information.
  • Failure to complete reasonably requested payment verification.

If we cancel an order, we will notify you using the contact information provided. Payments collected for canceled products will be refunded to the original payment method. The time needed for funds to appear may depend on your payment provider.

To request a cancellation or order change, email support@dihfyhvhb.com as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once fulfillment has begun. This does not affect applicable cancellation or return rights.

Changes to prices, listings, or promotions do not override an accepted order except where permitted by applicable law.

4. Product Information & Appearance

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate descriptions, images, dimensions, materials, and usage information across our Botanical Garden, Cozy Café, and Celestial Dreams decorative magnet collections.

Please consider the following before purchasing:

  • Color & Appearance: Screen settings, photography lighting, and normal manufacturing variations may affect how colors, finishes, and patterns appear.
  • Measurements: Dimensions are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise. Minor measurement and manufacturing variations may occur.
  • Surface Compatibility: Decorative magnets require a suitable magnetic surface. Not all refrigerator doors, stainless steel finishes, or metal surfaces attract magnets. Please check your intended surface and the product description.
  • Intended Use: Unless expressly stated otherwise, our magnets are decorative accessories and are not designed to secure heavy objects.
  • Care & Handling: Follow the product’s care instructions. Keep contact surfaces clean and avoid dragging magnets across delicate finishes.
  • Product Safety: Decorative magnets are not toys. Keep magnets and small components away from children and pets, and never place them in the mouth.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from its description, please contact our support team. We will handle the issue under our Return & Refund Policy and applicable statutory rights.

5. Pricing & Catalog Errors

Errors may occasionally occur in product prices, descriptions, promotions, or availability information.

If a material error affects your order, Dihfyhvhb may contact you to explain the issue and, where appropriate, offer the choice to proceed with corrected information or cancel for a refund. We will not collect an additional payment without your authorization.

We may correct inaccurate listings when an error is identified. Corrections or cancellations affecting existing orders remain subject to applicable law.

The currency and final charges applicable to your purchase are displayed at checkout. Your payment provider may apply separate currency conversion or international transaction fees.

6. Inventory & Delivery Estimates

Stock availability and delivery timelines are based on the information available when displayed.

  • Order Processing: Orders generally require 1–3 business days before dispatch.
  • Estimated Transit Time: Standard international shipping generally takes 10–20 business days after dispatch.
  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: Generally 11–23 business days, including processing.
  • Potential Delays: Customs inspections, carrier capacity, severe weather, public holidays, and transport disruptions may extend delivery times.
  • Unavailable Items: If a purchased item becomes unavailable before shipment, we will contact you about available options, including a refund for the affected item.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates and do not limit applicable consumer rights.

7. International Orders

Product availability, shipping arrangements, and import requirements may vary by destination.

  • Warranty Coverage: Any additional manufacturer warranty, if offered, may have territorial limitations. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
  • Product Information: Instructions and care information may be provided in English unless otherwise specified or required by law.
  • Packaging: Packaging may vary between products or fulfillment locations without changing the product ordered. Applicable labeling requirements remain in effect.
  • Import Requirements: Please review relevant destination restrictions before ordering. We remain responsible for obligations that applicable law places on the seller.

Subject to applicable mandatory consumer protections, this Purchasing Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

This choice of law does not deprive customers of protections that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws applicable to their purchase.
